Grantham is one of Duncan & Toplis’ largest offices and it provides services in and around the Grantham area including Barrowby, Ancaster, Long Bennington, Colsterworth and Caythorpe.
Originally, Duncan & Toplis’ Grantham office was located at Barcley’s Bank Chambers, above what is now The Old Bank on Grantham High Street. In 1968, we moved to our present location at 3 Castlegate before expanding into numbers 2, 4, and 5 Castlegate as the team grew.
Some of the properties that now make up the Grantham office include a former family home, a photography studio and a ladies hairdressers. One part of the office was a training workshop for the East Midlands Gas Board and it also served as a public house and club for the 9407 branch of the Royal British Legion whose badge is still on display inside the premises.
