Institute of Leadership Management Training

Duncan & Toplis is an accredited Institute of Leadership Management (ILM) Centre.  We help learners from across the East Midlands to achieve internationally recognised qualifications. 

Our practical, work-based – yet fun and energetic – approach provides our learners with space for reflection, and significant development, alongside immediate and long-lasting benefits.  

ILM awards combine real-life experience with the opportunity for discussion and debate and all our ILM learners are eligible for free Studying Membership for 12 months.  Each award, delivered by the highly-skilled Duncan & Toplis Training team, has assignments as part of the assessment, with full support and guidance given in a pressure-free environment.

Our Institute of Leadership Management (ILM) programmes

ILM Level 3 Award covers Understanding Leadership, How to motivate and improve performance, and Understanding Communication in the Workplace. This course is ideal for individuals who have management and/or supervisory responsibilities with no formal training.

ILM Level 5 Award covers Becoming an effective leader and Developing and leading teams to achieve organisational goals and objectives. This is designed for new and aspiring middle managers and senior managers with no formal training.
