We are looking for an experienced 3rd Line IT Professional to join our growing team.
With an expanding client portfolio, you will work as part of a dedicated technical team delivering high-quality IT support to multiple clients in a fast-paced environment. The role involves providing escalation support to both technical and account management teams, ensuring solutions and projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will also provide end-user support across all levels.
The successful candidate will have strong experience across Windows Server environments, networking (Cisco/IOS), cloud technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID and Intune, and cyber security.
You will be required to support on-the-job training of team members and review their work as necessary to improve performance and underpin excellence. This includes team leadership, training and providing support for the solutions team.
