We have an opportunity available for a qualified accountant to join our team to provide accounting and business advice to a portfolio of clients, supporting the management team to achieve targets and ensuring operational objectives are met in line with Our 2025 Vision.

Joining us as an Assistant Business Services Manager, you will be ACA or ACCA qualified or qualified by experience with five years in general practice. You will be a good people manager who is confident in developing relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities to sell our services, and pitching for new business opportunities. It would be advantageous to have the following skills, but we welcome all applicants to join our talented team:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management
  • Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office 365

What does this role involve?

As Assistant Business Services Manager, you will support your line manager to provide high-quality business advice and accounting services to clients, while assisting them to develop their respective portfolios. Leading the team, you will facilitate on-the-job training for team members to build their knowledge of different client types whilst supporting them to gain exposure to all aspects of the business services service line.
