Business Services Adviser (Healthcare)

We have an exciting opportunity for an efficient and experienced accountant to join our team to support the provision of comprehensive business compliance and advisory service to healthcare businesses, including GP practices.

We’re looking for talented people like you

Joining us as a healthcare business services adviser, you will be part or fully AAT, ACA or ACCA qualified or qualified by experience with three years in general practice. You need to be an experienced team player with the ability to maintain high standards whilst meeting deadlines. It would be advantageous to have the following skills, but we welcome all applicants to join our talented team:

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Experience of NHS GP partnerships and NHS pension scheme
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a wider team
  • Proactive in developing professional and technical knowledge, including payroll and pension administration
  • Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office 365

What does this role involve?

As a business services adviser for the healthcare sector, you will be responsible for undertaking the preparation of client accounts, and assisting with the provision of a comprehensive accounting and business advisory service to clients. You will also contribute to the on-the-job training and development of our trainees.
