CIMA Trainee Management Accountant

Joining us as a CIMA Trainee Management accountant, the minimum qualification we require is a degree at 2:2 or equivalent. You need to be an ambitious, outgoing individual looking to start their career in accountancy, with a determined mindset to succeed, and the ability to manage a busy workload while working to strict deadlines. It would be advantageous to have some of the following skills, but we welcome all applicants to join our talented team:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency with IT skills allowing you to operate in-house programmes
  • Strong commercial awareness of the industry and marketplace
  • Basic knowledge of accountancy practices

What does this role involve?

As a trainee management accountant, you will be enrolled on a three-year training contract for a fully funded Level 7 Apprenticeship attending professional training provided by Kaplan. You will prepare management and financial accounts from core records, making recommendations for improvement where appropriate.
