Joining us as a Client Experience Manager, you will be a Member of the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) or suitably qualified by experience.

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow you to liaise with multiple service lines across the business to ensure the delivery of cohesive and comprehensive client service for the corporate tax team.

The successful candidate must have experience in coordinating and managing multiple deadlines simultaneously and proactively and an ability to work effectively. With excellent listening skills, you will also have the confidence and ability to build rapport with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

It would be advantageous to have the following knowledge and skills, but we welcome all applicants to join our talented team:

  • Previous office-based customer service/administration experience
  • Previous people management experience
  • Ability to work as part of a wider team as well as independently
  • Good IT skills, including the Microsoft suite of products. Previous experience with IRIS software would be desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent and proven administration skills.

What does this role involve?

As a Client Experience Manager, you will liaise with a range of stakeholders including team members at all levels, across all service lines, clients, and professionals, such as solicitors. Acting as the main point of contact for all clients in the Corporate Tax team, you will coordinate with service lines teams, such as Legal Services, Business Services, and Assurance to ensure that all client activities on a tax project are delivered on time and to budget.

You will also handle client queries, complaints, and concerns, providing swift and effective solutions through internal team management and coordination.
