We are looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join our growing Legal Services team.

Joining us as a Corporate Solicitor you will be an integral part of the corporate team, you will be able to advise on a wide range of corporate matters including but not limited to:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor having previously worked as a solicitor/trainee in a corporate law firm, with up to 3 years PQE. You will have a 2:1 degree as a minimum preferably in law, having also completed the Legal Practice course. You will also be proficient in Word and Excel.
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be expected to provide legal advice to companies and partnerships and their directors, shareholders, and partners on their legal rights, responsibilities, and obligations and supporting with corporate agreements and business transactions.
You will provide support to our directors in advising clients, and supervise administrative staff and a paralegal. You will also play a key role in business development and will have administrative, financial, and budgetary responsibilities.
