As Facilities and Health and Safety Manager, you will support the core functions of the Duncan & Toplis group and develop a strategic approach to health and safety, across our locations. 

Through high-quality and effective facilities management, you will integrate people, properties, and processes to ensure that we continue providing our clients with excellent support.

We’re looking for talented people like you

As Facilities and Health and Safety Manager, you’ll hold a relevant professional qualification (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent) and be - or be on the pathway to being - a Chartered member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (ISOH). You will have proven experience in managing facilities and a significant and successful track record in managing health and safety (including legislation, audit handling, and management systems).

The ideal candidate will also have experience in:  

  • procuring services from external suppliers, negotiating best value, and project-managing maintenance contracts.
  • managing maintenance and facilities team members and contractors. 
  • quality assurance and audit procedures.
  • training internal team members on aspects of health and safety. 

A driving licence is essential as this role involves travel to multiple sites.
