As a Learning & Development Lead Specialist, you will assist with ensuring our learning and development programme enables team members to develop the skills, knowledge, and experience to help develop them whilst supporting our business strategy and objectives and leading the administration of all internal learning and development and our trainee journey, from recruitment to qualifying.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 CIPD in Human Resources and experience of working within a learning and development function. It would be advantageous to have the following skills, but we welcome all applicants to join our talented team:
