We have an opportunity for a strategic thinker and leader to join our team as a Marketing Manager to provide marketing and sales services to Duncan & Toplis and external clients.

Joining us as a Marketing Manager, you will hold a relevant degree or CIM qualification, or be qualified with four years experience. It would be advantageous to have the following skills, but we welcome all applicants to join our talented team:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of marketing plans which incorporate the full marketing mix and support lead generation whilst ensuring alignment with sector and corporate objectives. Accordingly, you will deliver events that promote and increase our market profile. You will also take a proactive role in the management and development of the marketing team – conducting performance reviews, setting clear objectives and having an input on the team’s development plans to aid succession and resource planning.
In addition, you will liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure our strategic business objectives and goals are effectively communicated to the wider team and projects are achieved within agreed timescales, integrating sector and service line teams. You will play a proactive role in the retention and recruitment of team members to ensure that the business is positioned as an employer of choice.
Membership and CPD with the Chartered Institute of Marketing will be supported.
