As an assistant account manager, you will provide high-quality business information to clients, and manage relationships, whilst assisting in the development of our outsourced finance team and ensuring excellence in client service. We’re looking for talented people like you

Joining us as Outsourced Finance Services Assistant Account Manager, you will be ACA,  ACCA, or CIMA qualified or with relevant experience. You will be a good people manager with strong leadership skills and the ability to train and develop your team. It would be advantageous to have the following skills, but we welcome all applicants to join our talented team:

  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail 
  • Ability to work as part of a wider team as well as independently 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills  
  • Familiarity with cloud accounting software and Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience in managing a small portfolio of clients, and meeting set deadlines

What does this role involve?

As our Outsourced Finance Services Assistant Account Manager, you will provide high-quality management reporting packs, measure the financial performance of client businesses, and provide cashflow reporting, including scenario planning, ensuring clients are able to make sense of their financial data.

Managing internal and external relationships, and providing advice and business support, you will ensure that your team is equipped with the skills that they need to deliver the best possible client experience, coupled with clear career opportunities and a supportive work environment in which talent can flourish. You will manage team workloads and develop team members, including conducting performance reviews and setting clear objectives.
