Joining us as a Paralegal, you will have at least one year experience in a regulated environment - this can include Financial Conduct Authority, Solicitors Regulation Authority or CILEx Regulation. It would be advantageous to have the following skills, but we welcome all applicants to join our talented team:
As a Paralegal, you will support the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trust deeds. You will also be responsible for handling estate administration - preparing papers, including IHT accounts and estate accounts, and applying for a Grant of Representation using the provided software package.
Working autonomously and as part of a team, you will assist on files, conduct research, draft documents and correspond with clients. You will also ensure all information is maintained and organised in both electronic and paper filing systems.
It would be advantageous to hold a law degree or to have achieved a L3 Diploma in Law and Practice with CILEx.
