Joining us as People Business Partner, you will be Level 7 CIPD in human resource management or equivalent. You will have strong collaboration skills, working effectively with the wider people team and across the business. You will have experience in delivering great performance and the confidence to influence and challenge leaders, stakeholders, and decision-makers, ensuring your voice is heard in important discussions. You will have a good understanding of people services, including resourcing, learning and organisational development, and employee relations.

  • Strong understanding of employment law and best practice  
  • Project management experience with strong organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure 
  • Experienced in handling sensitive and confidential matters 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365

What does this role involve?

As People Business Partner, you will build strong relationships with the people team, heads of service line, directors and managers to support, develop, and implement initiatives to deliver the people strategy for their business area. You will assist in the development and implementation of the group-wide strategic people plan and support people transformation initiatives to ensure the delivery of business goals. 

You will also support our people processes, including pay review, calibration, promotions process, and performance gradings to ensure transparency and consistency of approach across service lines and teams and maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of team members, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
