As private client solicitor, you will be expected to manage your own caseload of private client files including wills, lasting powers of attorney and inheritance tax planning. It would be advantageous to have the following skills, but we welcome all applicants to join our talented team:
We are looking for a qualified solicitor with the ability to draft documentation accurately with attention to detail. You need to work with minimal supervision and draft documents with attention to detail, be able to actively manage own workloads and take responsibility for own development. You will need to ensure the client work is progressed in a timely manner and that clients are regularly informed on progress and on costs.
In addition to handling your own caseload of files you will be expected to provide support to other members of the team as well as play a key role in business development.
