As a process improvement manager, you will work in collaboration with our heads of service line, business leaders, and across teams to evaluate and analyse operational and business processes. 

It would be advantageous to have the following skills, but we welcome all applicants to join our talented team: 

  • Ability to work well in a team environment, and independently
  • Competence in prioritising own workload 
  • Experience of data gathering and analysis 
  • Strong project management skills 

What does this role involve?

As a confident and effective communicator, you will identify strengths and weaknesses, developing techniques to improve procedures and working methods that increase productivity, improve cost-effectiveness and ensure business needs and quality standards are met. 

You will develop and maintain the professional competencies necessary to provide a high-quality service, and thereby strengthen the reputation, strength, and success of Duncan & Toplis.
