Joining us as Head of talent and people experience, you will be Level 7 CIPD in human resource management. You will have experience in managing a recruitment team and a strong understanding of talent acquisition. It would be advantageous to have the following skills, but we welcome all applicants to join our talented team:

  • Experienced in handling sensitive and confidential matters  
  • A strong understanding of the full spectrum of people services, including learning and organisational development and employee relations 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365

What does this role involve?

As Head of talent and people experience, you will manage and develop team members (both direct and indirect reports), including conducting performance reviews and setting clear objectives, in line with our culture and values. Working with our marketing team, you will devise and implement recruitment plans and activities within agreed deadlines, ensuring that hiring managers and stakeholders are consulted and informed where appropriate.

You will act as the recruitment expert on employee resourcing strategies to provide innovative, cost-effective, and timely resourcing solutions. In conjunction with the people leadership team, you will take ownership of the full people experience journey including equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) and environmental, social, and governance (ESG).
