The Technical Administration Assistant role involves providing professional support to the team, including diary management, scanning and filing, and operating the main telephone line, as well as proactively taking on other administrative duties as required. Dealing with company secretarial matters for clients, you will deal with correspondence promptly, liaising with our partners, clients, and the bank.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role with excellent customer service skills and a keen eye for detail as accuracy is essential. You will have good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, including but not limited to Word, Excel and Outlook, and database software.
