Ellie Scotland is Tax Director and Head of Valuations at Duncan & Toplis.
She joined the team in 2012, trained as an accountant, and built experience across a range of sectors before moving into corporate tax in 2020.
Ellie advises corporate clients across multiple sectors, providing commercially focused support for growth, transactions, and long-term strategic planning. Her expertise includes business valuations, corporate reorganisations, acquisitions and disposals, tax due diligence, and share scheme planning.
She leads corporate tax projects and specialist valuation work with the ability to provide clear, practical insight on complex issues.
