Ellie is a Tax Director at Duncan & Toplis and heads up our valuations team.
Ellie joined Duncan & Toplis in 2012 and after training as an accountant with experience in a wide range of industries, moved to the corporate tax team in 2020.
Ellie has extensive experience in working with a variety of corporate clients. Ellie’s specialisms include business valuations, corporate reorganisations, company acquisitions and sales, tax due diligence assignments, and share scheme planning.
