Ian Brown is Chief Finance Officer at Duncan & Toplis, supporting the group’s long-term growth strategy and financial performance across the business.
Ian joined Duncan & Toplis in 2025, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in senior finance leadership roles across a range of national and international organisations. Throughout his career, he has helped businesses scale, improve operational performance and deliver sustainable growth, with previous roles at Boots, Hillarys, Simplify and Hunter Douglas.
As Chief Finance Officer, Ian is responsible for leading the group’s financial strategy, ensuring strong financial governance and supporting investment in the people, services and businesses that make up the Duncan & Toplis group. He works closely with the executive leadership team to drive growth, support acquisitions and help the group continue delivering value to clients and team members.
