Niall Kingsley is an Assurance Director and Head of Charities at Duncan & Toplis, leading teams across Loughborough and Melton Mowbray.
His role combines team leadership, client portfolio management, and business development.
As an experienced Responsible Individual, Niall leads a wide range of assurance engagements, including audits, solicitors’ accounts rules audits, grant audits, corporate financial reporting, and turnover lease certificates. He works with clients ranging from SMEs and corporate groups to charities and not-for-profit organisations across sectors such as retail, manufacturing, engineering, recycling, software, property, and construction.
In 2022, Niall played a key role in establishing The Duncan & Toplis Foundation and now serves as its Chair. He is also Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA) for Duncan & Toplis Legal Services.
Niall is passionate about mentoring and developing his team, supporting individuals at all stages of their careers, while continuing to build a growing client portfolio.
