Paul McCooey is a Business Services Director and Head of Outsourcing at Duncan & Toplis, where he combines client relationship leadership with oversight of outsourcing services.
He works closely with a portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, acting as a key point of contact for advice and support.
Paul’s approach places strong emphasis on the human side of accounting - valuing the trust clients place in him and the open, wide-ranging conversations that develop over time. He takes particular pride in the growth and development of team members, supporting them to progress in their careers.
Outside of his professional role, Paul is deeply involved in the local Skegness community. He is Chair of First College, the Skegness Area Business Chamber, and the Skegness Pride in Place board, as well as a director of Skegness Day Centre, demonstrating his commitment to supporting local people and initiatives.
