Rachel is head of academies at Duncan & Toplis and is the local director for our Louth office.
Since joining the team in 2007, Rachel has grown the team that supports academies, Multi Academy Trusts (MATs), special schools, and free and independent schools across the East Midlands to offer a specialised service for the sector.
She is also Chair of Finance and Vice Chair of the governing body at a local academy trust and sits on the Lincolnshire Schools Forum representing secondary academy governors.
