With nearly 20 years’ experience in corporate tax, Sebastian has developed a strong understanding of privately owned businesses and the relationship between business and personal tax affairs. He works extensively with groups that have international operations, ensuring their UK tax position aligns with their wider global structure.
Sebastian also has significant experience advising private equity-backed businesses and those with highly leveraged or complex financing arrangements. He is closely involved in transactional work, supporting clients on both sides of sale deals, including tax due diligence and structuring.
Before joining Duncan & Toplis, Sebastian spent 10 years with a Big Four accountant, bringing a depth of experience and technical expertise to his role.
