We offer two types of training opportunities for early career accountants - our beginner pathway for apprenticeships and trainees and our advanced pathway for graduates or those with the AAT qualification. Both allow you to embark on a career in accountancy, audit, or tax with the support needed to succeed.
With our accountancy beginner pathway, you’ll be able to gain valuable hands-on workplace experience while studying for your Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) or Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) qualifications.
The AAT qualification is the foundation for any future bookkeeper, accountant or auditor, while the ATT qualification is ideal for those who wish to pursue a career in tax.
The advanced pathway is ideal for university graduates with a degree or those who have already completed the AAT qualification.
This is an opportunity for early career accountants to achieve chartered status. It includes a three-year training contract and enrolment on a Level 7 apprenticeship with assigned tuition and self-study days. You’ll learn on the job from experienced mentors and have the opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge to real commercial situations.
