Companies House fee increases

From 1 February 2026 there will be changes to Companies House fees charged across a range of transactions for a range of entities including:

• Company incorporation and registration fees
• Limited liability partnerships
• Overseas companies
• Limited partnerships
• Scottish qualifying partnerships
• UK Economic Interest Groupings and UK Societas
• Overseas entities, and
• Community interest companies
