We have kickstarted our centenary year with the acquisition of North London-based ALG. The deal marks an exciting milestone in our largest period of growth since we were established in 1925 and will allow us to strengthen our position in the capital.
ALG will rebrand with all team members including directors Mark Hilton and Panos Michaelides remaining in their roles.
The team will join their new colleagues in our Finchley office, which opened in September 2024 following our acquisition of Haines Watts North London.
This agreement is part of our ambitious strategy for organisational growth, with a focus on expanding our capabilities, market presence, and team.
