We’re looking for a Company Secretarial Assistant to join the Company Secretarial team at one of our locations across the East Midlands.
Joining us as a Company Secretarial Assistant, you will provide assistance to the company secretarial supervisor, including maintenance of the client database, statutory books and records, as well as assisting with annual compliance requirements, such as preparation of annual confirmation statements.
You will assist with new company formations and changes to existing company structures, including directorships, PSCs, charge satisfactions, addresses and accounting reference dates.
As a Company Secretarial Assistant, you will develop the necessary skills and knowledge to advise and support team members on many aspects of Company Law. This will include the drafting of minutes and resolutions, company and group restructuring, and liaising with external organisations such as Companies House. You will be prepared to question data integrity and verify accuracy.
You will manage workflow and client manager expectations, improving and using specialist knowledge to add value to the Company Secretarial team.
