Based in Derby, Charles leads audit and assurance engagements and heads up the manufacturing sector. He works closely with businesses across the Midlands to deliver clear, practical assurance and guidance, supporting clients in meeting their reporting requirements and making informed decisions. In his sector leadership role, Charles focuses on strengthening relationships with manufacturing businesses and supporting their growth in a changing and often complex operating environment.
With almost 20 years’ experience, Charles has worked with owner-managed businesses, complex groups and specialist sectors across the East Midlands. His expertise spans audit, financial reporting and supporting businesses through periods of change, including growth, restructuring and succession. He is known for his straightforward, commercially aware approach, helping clients navigate challenges while identifying opportunities to scale and plan for the future.
