Duncan & Toplis has been supporting businesses in Nottinghamshire since it was founded in 1925. The company acquired the practice of Newark accountants, AG Ward & Co in 1985 which was located close to Newark Castle.

A year later, we purchased the former James Hole Brewery offices on London Road which we moved into after three years of extensive refurbishment and restoration work. In 1990, to support our growing team, we acquired and renovated the neighbouring Brewmaster’s House.

We’re proud to have supported the Newark community for more than thirty years through the services we provide to local businesses and through our charitable work.

Many well known Newark brands have benefited from our dedicated financial and business advice and we understand the needs of businesses in the area. We’re passionate about helping businesses and individuals in and around Newark to thrive and overcome any challenges they face.
