Seaside Leisure Parks Limited is a family-founded business based in the seaside town of Skegness on the Lincolnshire coast, primarily operating seven holiday parks across Skegness and Ingoldmells.
Established in 1978 by the parents of Andrew Pritchard, the current Managing Director, the business has grown significantly over the following decades. Its relationship with Duncan & Toplis began more than 40 years ago and has continued to evolve alongside the company’s expansion. Since 1997, when the company acquired Beacon Park, a combined Holiday Static and Park Home Park, Andrew has driven the growth and diversification of Seaside Leisure Parks.
From the outset, Seaside Leisure Parks has maintained a clear vision, delivering a high-quality experience to all its customers. All of its very attractive, landscaped and carefully maintained parks offer a wide range of accommodation options, from short breaks and touring caravan pitches to holiday home ownership and permanent residential living, ensuring there is something for every visitor.
Duncan & Toplis has supported Andrew and his team throughout; in the early years providing guidance during periods of growth together with comprehensive bookkeeping services, management accounts, payroll, capital allowance reviews, sourcing and installing software, assistance with bank funding and general financial support. As Seaside Leisure Parks expanded, its needs evolved, its team grew, and so did its relationship with Duncan & Toplis.
In more recent years, Andrew has substantially grown the business. From 2014, when he had one company operating three parks, he has further diversified the business and now has seven holiday parks as well as a golf, conference and wedding venue near Peterborough and a small farm in his two Seaside Leisure companies together with two building and development companies.
