Joining us as a Payroll Trainee, you will take proactive participation in formal and on-the-job training whilst working towards an appropriate payroll qualification.
As part of the payroll team, you will provide a quality payroll service to clients, supporting the service line to achieve targets and ensuring operational objectives are met. You will take steps to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and that administration and records are up to date in line with agreed procedures.
You will demonstrate exemplary communication skills, ensuring the flow of relevant information between clients and the internal team - working flexibly to meet deadlines and uphold expected service levels.
You will be supported by the team to develop and maintain the necessary professional competencies alongside formal training to provide a high-quality service to clients.
You will manage your assigned clients, delivering payrolls as required whilst maintaining a high standard of client service and compliance within all relevant payroll legislation.
