RFMW appointed Duncan & Toplis to provide accounting and audit services for the UK business.
Duncan & Toplis has supported RFMW’s external audit requirements since 2022, building on a professional relationship that dates back more than a decade. Carl Murton, Finance Director at RFMW, comments:

For the past five years, Duncan & Toplis has delivered the annual external audit for RFMW’s UK entity, spending two to three weeks on-site as part of a wider engagement that spans several months each year. The annual audit process typically begins in February, with reporting and recommendations delivered in May.
In addition to audit services, Duncan & Toplis manages payroll for RFMW’s UK team of more than 25 employees over the same period. Payroll is a function that requires a high level of trust and accuracy, particularly within a growing organisation, and has remained a key part of the ongoing relationship.
As an international organisation, RFMW requires close coordination across borders. Duncan & Toplis works collaboratively with its overseas accountants in Germany.
