As Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be expected to have a solid grounding in commercial property and experience of conveyancing.  An understanding of commercial property and small business transactions is essential, alongside purchase/sale transactions and leases.

In addition to handling your own caseload of files you will be expected to provide support to other members of the team as well as play a key role in business development.

We’re looking for talented people like you

An integral part of the commercial property team, you will be able to advise on a wide range of property matters including but not limited to:

  • Providing legal advice and assistance to existing clients, whilst developing and establishing new clients.
  • Managing cases at a level of complexity appropriate to your level and experience and give guidance to others in the team.
  • Handling commercial and residential property transactions from the initial client contact through to completion, such as sale and purchase of commercial/residential freehold and leasehold premises, landlord and tenant matters, acquisition and sale of property for development, and acting for pension schemes, trusts, and companies.
  • Providing outstanding client care at all times.
  • Managing cases to a high standard and in accordance with SRA requirements and the Law Society protocol.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least three years post-qualified experience and be a well-organised team player. You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel and Outlook, and database software.
