Joining us as a Payroll Processor, you will have experience processing payroll, maintaining a high standard of client service, and compliance with all relevant legislation. It would be advantageous to have the following skills, but we welcome all applicants to join our talented team:
What does this role involve?
As a Payroll Processor, you will support the provision of a quality payroll service and assist clients with their queries, proactively fulfilling client requirements and expectations, and escalating enquiries where required. You will develop the necessary professional competencies through formal and on-the-job training, whilst supporting the service line to achieve targets, ensuring operational objectives are met, and underpinning Our 2025 Vision.
You will work flexibly to meet deadlines and uphold high service levels whilst maintaining fairness, equality, diversity, and inclusivity in everything that you do.
This role is available at either our Lincoln or Spalding office locations. Hybrid working options are also available.
