Property Paralegal

Legal | Part-time | Grantham

We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Paralegal to join our legal services team on a part-time basis in Grantham.

What does this role involve?

As a Property Paralegal, you will be expected to have a solid grounding in both commercial and residential property transactions. You will be experienced in residential conveyancing, commercial property, and small business transactions, as well as purchase and sale transactions and leases.

You will prepare and draft all documents in relation to property matters, being able to see a matter from the opening of a file to the closure of a file.

Teamwork

In addition to handling your own case load of files, you will be expected to provide support to other members of the team and aid in business development.

Client experience

You will help communicate advice to clients, solicitors, agents, and lenders on all aspects of property matters.
