We're looking for a Client Support Administrator to work as part of the reception team for our wealth management service, Castlegate.
As a Client Support Administrator, you will provide a quality front-of-house and administration service to support our team and clients.
You will support the client delivery teams in all administrative and day-to-day operational matters, working collaboratively across the whole team. You will manage meeting room bookings and coordinate client meetings for team members.
You will complete ad-hoc administration tasks for the wider team, including stationery orders, maintaining new client packs, ad-hoc projects, and general administration in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
You will maintain public areas and greet visitors, as well as operate the main telephone line for any inbound external calls and monitor the live chat system.
