Matthew is a Corporate Tax Director at Duncan & Toplis.
Since joining the team in 2016, Matthew has been appointed to three of our specialist tax groups, including tax advisory, corporate and business tax, and stamp taxes. As part of these groups, he is actively contributing to the development of our tax services and processes in addition to the distribution of knowledge to the wider team.
Matthew has experience assisting corporate transactions and has been involved in a number of large mergers and demergers, as well as business acquisitions and disposals.
