Adrian Reynolds has been Managing Director at Duncan & Toplis since 2014 and has overseen significant improvements to the company during his time with us. Adrian has helped to steer Duncan & Toplis to multiple awards successes, expanded the capabilities of the team and introduced the company to a network of international financial institutions via Kreston Global, where he sits as a Board Director.
Now, Adrian is looking to establish and continue his success with The Duncan & Toplis Foundation. Having spent almost forty years in the finance industry based in the East Midlands, he has developed the skills required to help our Foundation flourish. His knowledge of many different organisations across the region will greatly contribute to supporting our local community.
Adrian is also the Treasurer of the Boston Grammar School Charitable Foundation, meaning that he has the relevant hands-on experience to identify opportunities for donations and handle finances efficiently. He has full confidence in our team members at Duncan & Toplis and believes that their combined skills and generosity can act to stimulate a positive change across the region.
Theo Banos has been at Duncan & Toplis since 2003, with his role mainly focused on advising businesses relating to their auditing and taxation needs. He is now one of our Directors, and is very excited to be working on behalf of the Foundation - utilising his experience in raising funds for non-profit organisations in Lincolnshire.
Over the last 15 years, Theo has been regularly involved in the Grantham Round Table - a community group that raises money for charitable causes across Lincolnshire. He has also worked in the role of Treasurer at Grantham Museum and is currently a School Governor.
Theo is excited to be able to utilise his knowledge of finance and charity work whilst working on behalf of The Duncan & Toplis Foundation. He has a vast array of skills in order to contribute to achieving the objectives of the foundation and aiding worthy causes to better our local community.
Rachel Barrett is the Business Service Director here at Duncan & Toplis. She is passionate about social responsibility, and as such was inspired to create the Foundation. She believes that our organisation can continue to make a positive impact in the local community and has the ability to expand our fundraising capabilities through the Duncan & Toplis Foundation.
Having sat on the governing board of a local secondary school for eight years and volunteering her time to a nearby scouting group, Rachel has gained valuable voluntary experience. She fully understands the responsibility and importance of her role within The Duncan & Toplis Foundation, and we’re confident that she will continue to be a brilliant ambassador.
Kay brings multiple decades of accounting experience to The Duncan & Toplis Foundation, which will greatly contribute to its success. Currently, Kay is our Head of Healthcare - assisting hardworking GPs and NHS staff in planning for their future and ensuring that their assets remain protected.
Kay is dedicated to working on behalf of The Foundation to make a difference in the local community. She has great belief in our team and wishes to help to unlock the full potential of fundraising efforts in order to make a significant impact on the lives of the people within our area.
Previously, Kay has worked for a number of different charities in her hometown of Sleaford. This experience places her in the perfect position to help lead our Foundation to great success.
Niall has been involved in the initial creation of our Foundation, and greatly believes in the value of supporting local organisations to better our community. His role as Head of Charities at Duncan & Toplis means that he is at the heart of our corporate social responsibility activities.
Niall has been with Duncan & Toplis for twenty years, and has worked with numerous charities and organisations throughout this time. He has specialist experience in assisting these organisations through their tax procedures and account compliance issues - meaning that he has a great understanding of those we will be working with. He is now ready to take on the challenge as a trustee and expand his knowledge and experience even further.
He has also taken the time to regularly contribute to company-wide initiatives at Duncan & Toplis, improving employee engagement and personal welfare. He is excited to be working as part of the Foundation team toward our shared goals of improving the community.
Alistair is one of our Directors here at Duncan & Toplis and is passionate about supporting the local community and improving the opportunities available to them. He has played a very active role within the business community, enabling him to forge excellent working relationships with many organisations within our area.
As a not-for-profit Specialist, Alistair has always been keen to support local charities and organisations with their compliance needs. He also sits on the Voluntary Management board of Opportunity 2 Hope, which is an organisation that provides grants to projects across the UK and the world.
Having a front-row seat to how these grants have made such a difference to the community motivates Alistair to do even more to contribute to the lives of others. Along with his previous experience, we are confident that he will succeed in his role within The Duncan & Toplis Foundation.
