Holivans Ltd is a family run caravan park, based in the coastal resort of Mablethorpe. Holivans offers glamping pods, caravans and dog-friendly lodges to hire, along with a range of pitches for motorhomes and touring caravans.
The Lincolnshire based business was founded over 70 years ago in 1951, and features a variety of facilities such as an on site pub, laundrette, children’s play area and a caravan spares shop. Ideally situated adjacent to sand dunes and a sea-washed beach, it is the perfect location for a family staycation.
Holivans is committed to sustainability, and actively works to reduce the company’s carbon footprint as well as pollution and waste. They also invest in enhancing the park for wildlife, and encourage customers to participate in conservation activities whilst enjoying their stay.
In 2010, the eco-friendly business installed 30 solar panels and two solar thermal panels, which provides hot water to the main building on site. They’ve also added four air to air heat pumps, and invested in a warm air ventilation system, with the aim to become net zero by 2050.
