New Louth office completed

Duncan & Toplis | 31 March 2023

With construction completed, our new 10,000-square-foot office development in Louth is set to open in just a few weeks’ time.

This is a big step for Duncan & Toplis, and a sign of our continued investment in the Lincolnshire Wolds area, and we’re delighted that we’ll be joined in the office by Lincolnshire-based law firm, Wilkin Chapman Solicitors.

"A landmark moment"

Duncan & Toplis local director of the new Louth office, Rachel Barrett, said:

“The opening of our new office in Louth is a landmark moment for both Duncan & Toplis and Wilkin Chapman. I am absolutely delighted with how the office is looking and we can’t wait to welcome colleagues and clients to the new premises.

“Since we acquired our original Louth office in 2007, we’ve supported hundreds of businesses in the area and our team members in the town have supported many more clients across the region and beyond. The number of people we employ in the area has also increased, meaning we had reached capacity at our previous office space.

“This new office is a major investment which underlines our dedication to the region and it creates a far better working environment for our team members, many of whom live in and around the town.”

An office fit for the future

Built with hybrid working in mind, the new offices on Lincoln Way in Louth will provide an ideal working environment for team members from both companies who support businesses and individuals in the local area.

It is a much more modern space, with spacious conference rooms, better meeting facilities, and state-of-the-art video conferencing facilities. As it’s a brand new building, we will also benefit from modern heating and air conditioning systems that are future-proof and fit for purpose.

The office is available for use by all Duncan & Toplis team members as part of the company’s hybrid working policy, which enables individuals to work from home as well as locations of their choosing, including offices that are closer to their homes or closer to clients. The new office will replace both Duncan & Toplis’ and Wilkin Chapman’s existing premises in Louth.

The new development sees a contemporary, open-plan office space built over two floors with a 61-space car park. The site is easily accessible from across the Wolds and beyond via the A16 and public transport.

The office development was designed by Lincolnshire-based contractor Stirlin Developments, which also led on its construction.
