Mark is a Tax Director and Head of International at Duncan & Toplis.
Mark joined the team in 2004 and has built our international projects service with specialist know-how in cross border corporate and private client tax planning, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and restructuring.
Mark contributes to the operational and strategic direction of Duncan & Toplis whilst also working globally as Chair of Kreston Global’s Tax Group. As part of this specialist group, he collaborates with colleagues across the world to set and communicate a clear vision aligned with the network’s broader strategy.
